30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Products must be free from damage, stains, or visible wear

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or worn earrings

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items (if applicable)

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, colour, or style, please contact our support team with your order number and we’ll gladly assist you.

All exchanged items must meet the same conditions listed in our return policy above.

Warranty Policy

At Beaumont Canada, quality matters to us. That’s why we provide a 1-year warranty on all jewellery items from the original purchase date.

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Material faults

  • Workmanship issues

The warranty does not cover:

  • Lost items

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches or accidental damage

  • Improper storage or misuse

  • Modifications made after purchase

If you believe your item qualifies for a warranty claim, please contact our support team with your order details and clear photos of the issue.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund

  • Additional processing time during busy periods if applicable

Promotional Offers (Buy One Get One / Bundle Promotions)

For orders placed using special promotional offers such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free or bundle discounts:

  • Partial refunds may not be available if the promotion conditions are no longer met after the return

  • Eligible items may instead be exchanged for another product of equal or lower value

  • Free promotional items must also be returned if the qualifying item is returned
